Who We Are And What We Do
We are a small non-profit cat rescue. We are 100% volunteer operated, and rely solely on donations from the community to do what we do. We do not have a shelter- all of our rescue cats and kittens are cared for in loving private foster homes.
Our primary focus is on TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) to stabilize the community cat population. We specialize in stray cat population control, community outreach, education, adoption events, fundraisers, and more.

At Lava's Lost & Forgotten Felines, our mission is to reduce the community cat population, and improve feline welfare through TNR, education, and rescue. Through teamwork, education, and advocacy, we strive to build a community where compassion connects people and cats, and every life matters. Our success is made possible by our volunteers and donors who give their time, hearts, and homes to make a difference.
